I don't get this. Before any English player has even alluded to questioning whether they will come to Pakistan or not, Bob Woolmer is raising the spectre of some players choosing not to come to Pakistan for the tour in October. Instead of building up the rivalry and what England could have to gain from a successful tour of Pakistan, Woolmer is already giving the English players reasons not to come to Pakistan.
