A blow for Pakistan

Mohammed Sami is injured again!! Pakistan is struck by the injury bug again. After patiently waiting for Sami and Shoaib to recover from various injuries, Pakistani patience has not been rewarded. Sami has come down with a groin pull, which leaves him doubtful for the upcoming test against England at Multan. Pakistan is already missing Abdul Razzaq, leaving them with only Shoaib Akhtar as a bowler with any experience. That leaves Naved, Shabbir and Yasir Arafat (after a great performance in the preliminary match against England) to fight it out for two likely seamer positions. Naved should definitely be given a go, and Yasir, who is a serviceable all rounder may be a better fit than Shabbir for this match.
