No neutral umpires for ODIs

Not really sure what this is about. Seems like because India didn't "ask" for neutral umpires for the ODI, one umpire for the upcoming ODIs against Pakistan will be a Pakistani, and one will be an international, ICC appointed one? Pakistan is probably happy about this, specially given all the trouble they've had with Darrell Hair.
