The wonderful PCB... So it appears that they violated their own rules in hiring the coach for the much vaunted National Cricket Academy.
It seems the PCB is no more accountable than the remaining Pakistani administrative and government structure. While this may not be that concerning, lets just remember that the PCB is daily increasing its ability to generate revenues. If this hiring process is so exceedingly corrupt, one wonders what is happening with the PCB's finances.
