PCB wants a collegial contract negotiation

A day after Shaharyr Khan said that no one wanted a raise, Abbas Zaidi spoke about the importance of keeping a good relationship with the cricketers as they negotiate a new central contract system. It is heartening to hear that the PCB does believe in spreading out the largesse and ensuring that the players are paid according to international standards.

Zaisi also intimated that Mohammad Asif and Faisal Iqbal would also be offered central contracts, and further, Shabbir Ahmer will be maintained until a final decision is reached by the ICC.
