Apellate tribunal in trouble?

Leaks from the Shoaib-Asif appeal seem to muddy up the water, more than they clear anything up. It appears that from both the head of tribunal, Fakhruddin Ibrahim, and the cricketing representative's, Hasib Ahsan, perspective the issue is settled. Given the PCB's inability to perform the tests in line with international practices, cleared through the IOC and WADA, it would really appear outside the bounds of natural justice to suspend the two for the prolonged period mandated by the first committee.
