Could Shoaib Akhtar and Asif get banned again?

While at first, I was satisfied that the PCB had reversed their decision, due to their own inability to properly educate their players, it now appears that the reversal was made on flimsy legal grounds.

If this statement by Shahid Hamid is indeed true, the PCB may be left with no option under international law, but to suspend the two fast bowlers regardless of the issues with process that have been raised. Could the PCB be anymore of a joke!
