With Shoaib Akhtar heading back, and Umar Gul and Shoaib Malik still injured, it appears that Abdul Razzaq and Shabbir Ahmed have been asked to be prepared to head to South Africa if the team so decides. Could be welcome help for the team in the third test, but they should really think about giving Fawad Alam a go here, whose performances in first class cricket keep going from strength to strength.
