PCB's Doping Tests or PCB is Doped Up

After repeatedly praising themselves and patting themselves on the back because of the internal doping tests before the World Cup, it appears that the PCB can't figure out when, where, who and how of the testing for any player really. Zainub at Sundries summarizes the hoopla surrounding the doping tests, based on newspaper reports from Pakistan. I must say I share her views about this doing nothing but highlighting the hypocrisy and complete lack of professionalism at the PCB.
