Forced changes to the squad.

With the Lahore test coming up, Pakistan has some forced changes, and maybe some selector based ones.

Shahid Afridi is banned for the next match, so one change is definitely needed, while there is talk that Sami may be replaced by Mohammed Asif. With a 7 wicket performance against England for Pakistan A, it was only a matter of time before he was called up. The tail for Pakistan is already too long, and I'm not sure how the line up will work with only the three fast bowlers and Danesh, as Shoaib Malik will definitely not be bowling. The coach and captain have a tough decision ahead of them. This will not be an easy XI to pick.
