ICC bites back

The ICC responds to Wasim's earlier claims. As expected, they respond in a fairly vague way. I don't know if this addresses the validity of these claims but just says that they are offensive. The ICC has to address issues related to chucking which seem to effect bowlers from specific countries more than other, and not only explain why but have a clear and effective policy.
