PCB doing some shady business

Interesting article from Dawn, Pakistan's largest newspaper. Appears Mushtaq's hiring was not only strange (as I said earlier) but also irregular. Shaharyar Khan has to be held to a higher standard of accountability, rather than the free reign he appears to have taken. Once again he has to be asked: Why Mushtaq, and to what purpose!
