While statistically ahead in the second test, Pakistan has perhaps gotten behind the 8 ball in this test. Inzamam will have to miss the rest of the test because of his back, and has been advised to take six-days of rest. Shoaib Malik has also had to leave the team because of his father's illness, and now Pakistan has lost two key members of the team. If Pakistan bats again, they will have a dilemma as to who will open for them, and even in their bowling, they will miss Shoaib Malik's off-spin on a wicket that may deteriorate over the next few days.

This is going to be tough for Woolmer and Pakistan.
