PCB: ICC not investigating Shoaib Akhtar

The PCB is trying to put the rumors to rest. After all the brew-ha-ha about whether the ICC is looking into Shoaib's action or not, or whether Greg Chappell was reprimanded by the ICC about his comments about Shoaib's action, the PCB is perhaps trying to get the record straight.

Shoaib Akhtar has a stress fracture, and has likely had an injury there since the end of the England series. Rather than being criticized endlessly, he should be lauded for playing three tests against India, with an injured ankle, specially the ankle on which he places all of his stress and pivots prior to launching deliveries at over 90 mph.
