Umar Gul to miss fifth ODI

Umar Gul's hip injury means that even the fifth ODI will be without him. After recovering from stress fractures over the course of a year, the poor soul will now miss the fifth ODI as well. Pakistan will miss him also, as he is a large part of Pakistan's long-term pace bowling plans.
