Shoaib Malik to have surgery

Shoaib Malik is to undergo surgery to improve his bowling action. Concerns with the legality of Malik's action have been around for a few years now. The claim has always been, is that his action is the way it is, due to a car accident many years ago. Now, South African doctors will try to "tighten ligaments" to improve his bowling action. I'm not exactly sure, even as a surgeon, what they are planning to do, but as soon as I figure it out, I'll post it here.
