Shabbir Ahmed to appeal to the ICC again

Sarfaraz Nawaz may have done the job. It appears, according to reports in The News, that Shabbir Ahmed's action has been suitably reformed. Given this change and improvement in action, the PCB is going to try to appeal to the ICC again. I must say, the PCB has really stood by Shabbir Ahmed through this difficult time, and they should be commended on this brave stance.
